Advanced Medical Strategies, LLC., (AMS) is issuing this privacy statement to keep our valued users informed of activities in place to ensure their privacy. Information Collection and Use
AMS is the sole owner of the information collected on all AMS public and subscription websites. AMS collects information from our users at several different points on this website.
Registered users are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your AMS passwords or account detail. AMS Online Surveys
From time-to-time, AMS may provide users the opportunity to participate in surveys on its website. AMS does not require information from users to complete these periodic online surveys about AMS programs, services, and resources. For these surveys, it is optional for the user to provide demographic information, but encouraged so AMS can enhance its programs, services and resources. Users have the option to opt-out of these surveys should they choose.
AMS often uses a third-party service provider to conduct these surveys; that company will be prohibited from using our users’ personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Registered AMS visitors will occasionally receive information on new or updated AMS programs, services, or resources. Though AMS makes every effort to preserve user privacy, AMS may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein AMS has a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our website.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a subscriber’s contact information changes, you can contact us with updated information.
Notification of Changes
If, however, AMS is going to use users’ personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, AMS will notify users via email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not AMS uses their information in this different manner. However, if users have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated their account, they will not be contacted, nor will their personal information be used in this new manner.
